Install 2,600 LF of 48" diameter culvert consisting of two 1,300 LF runs of culvert on the east side of Kiwanis lake, per engineers drawings.
Install four cleanouts per line, tee cleanouts looking up with riser to grade.
SRC provided all excavation work, installation of culvert, bands, and riser tees per plan specs. Installation is based on maximum depth of 15 ft. Pipe placed at two-foot minimum lateral separation.
Excavate and haul 1,400 loads of silt and gravel from Kiwanis lake to Fletcher Ranch - round trip six miles. At the completion of the project, the excavated silt and gravel from the lake bed was finish-graded for planting. Truck loads were tracked for potential cost savings.
SRC provided all excavation work, loading and export of material as per design plans.
Repair down stream west side of Kiwanis dam using six loads rip-rap consisting of three loads of two to four-foot rock, two loads of one to two foot rock and one load of 4 inch to 10 inch rock. The dirt island at the base of the dam between the dam outlet and the dam overflow waterfall was removed and used for base for the rip-rap repair work on the dam.
SRC provided all repair work to the west side of dam, removed the island, furnished and installed the above described rip-rap and rock.
SRC cleaned up and armored the silt dam, removed downstream willows and trash (added flume). Flume was added to the west end of the silt dam with a two-foot drop 24 feet wide-top of silt dam, protected with (Geoweb).
Drain the culvert in the silt dam, invert on downstream or (North) end to be six inches higher than the Kiwanis culvert overflow in the center of dam.
SRC provided all clean up of the silt dam, draining of the culvert, and construction of the flume. SRC provided all required labor and installation of Geoweb per manufacturers specifications.
SRC furnished and installed Geo-textile fabric prior to placement of Geoweb and furnished and installed eight tandem loads of required rock for the Geoweb.
Installation of concrete headwall.
Dig-out and spread gravel in silt dam area to keep local out of flood plane. SRC provided all excavation of silt dam and spreading of gravel.
Install straw bales, filter fabric, rock and bag soft below Kiwanis dam.
At Fletcher Ranch (at completion of hauling of silt and gravel), the affected area was finished for planting. SRC provided all spreading and final grade work of exported material at Fletcher Ranch in preparation for seeding.
